Outside of work, Carter enjoys basketball, hunting, camping, being tall, and drinking soda.
Zack – Lead Web Developer
Also known as the one who opened The Big Door
Our lead web developer and NBA Jam extraordinaire. His expertise and perseverance gives him the ability to endure, and eventually bend to his will, any WordPress site that comes his way. The same applies to anyone who tries to challenge him in NBA Jam (or any other game invented before smartphones). He can conjure a brilliant website from scratch, or take the husk of a broken site and turn it into a work of art. A life-long resident of southern Utah, he has a fondness for old tech like Windows XP, GeoCities, AOL, and other things that everyone else has long forgotten about.
Logan – Director of Marketing
Our resident ad guru and history aficionado. Logan creates and manages all of our ad campaigns (including the ones we run for our own business), and is happy to dive into data and keywords to get you the best results possible. Logan often listens to historical audiobooks on his way to work and proceeds to daydream about the battle of Waterloo while optimizing ad campaigns. Venture Bros is his favorite TV show of all-time, and he does a perfect impression of Dr. Girlfriend (often unprompted). When he’s not at the office working to make our clients fabulously wealthy, he lives in Southern Utah with his wife and their wee baby.
Samwise – Lead Programmer
Sam, affectionately known around here as Samwise, is our homegrown Southern Utah full stack developer. Whether he's writing scripts or building full-scale web applications, Sam churns out code like it's going out of style. Equal parts brain and brawn, he's also known as the Slayer of Deer and the Destroyer of Rental Cars—titles earned through his legendary feat of totaling 3 out of his 2 cars in less than a week. When he's not knee-deep in code, he's probably outdoors somewhere... wreaking mild havoc. Idk, Sam never sent me his hobbies.
Broc – Videographer & Executive Content Producer
Broc was born and raised in southern Utah. He served a mission for his church in the Philippine Islands. He has always had a passion for videography and video editing and has been making movies with his friends and family since the age of six. He especially has a passion for film and screenwriting and spends his free time crafting stories.
Brain – Videologist & Creative Director
Born and raised in Florida, Jason "Brain" has had a lifelong interest in filmmaking but only decided to make a career out of it in high school. He has recently graduated from Utah Tech University with a degree in digital film. His favorite role has always been right behind the camera as a cinematographer. Over the years he has had the opportunity to work on various projects ranging from short films, documentaries, television dramas, sports, and social media. Several projects he has been a part of have won awards.
In his spare time he enjoys cooking, hiking, playing video games, and playing the bass guitar.
Jessey – Inbound PR Specialist
Jessey was born and raised in the heart of Sin City, Nevada. From a young age, he developed a deep fascination with art and design, drawn to the inspiring challenge of transforming creativity into functional, purposeful work. That passion led to a degree in Graphic Design, but it’s Jessey’s character and drive that truly shaped his ability to connect, communicate, and sell.
Whether building websites, crafting compelling campaigns, or writing for homebrew Dungeons & Dragons adventures, Jessey thrives under pressure. Creativity and passion are the twin forces behind both the madness and the grace that define his work.
Joseph Stevenson – Founder
(He specifically said not to call him CEO but he's totally the CEO)
With over two decades of experience in SEO, web development, and digital strategy, Joseph Stevenson is the founder and fearless leader of Raptor Digital Marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and Information Systems and brings a rare combination of technical expertise and business insight to every project. When he’s not helping businesses dominate online, Joseph routinely mops the floor with Logan in chess and is known for smoking some seriously good BBQ. He’s also (according to legend) an Eagle Scout.
Jason – Operations Manager
Jason tries to run operations smoother than a Mission: Impossible heist—except with more boards on Monday.com and fewer explosions. He's known to randomly drop Back to the Future quotes in staff meetings ("Why don't you make like a tree, and get outta here!"). He's rumored to be part Sasquatch due to his mysterious woodland retreats and suspiciously spooky wood knocks. If you can't find him, he's probably buddying up to his favorite clients or listening to his classic rock mix tapes.
