This agreement outlines the terms for the website development services provided by Raptor Digital Marketing to the Undersigned, hereby known as the Client.
Project Scope & Pricing
Free Website Promotion: Raptor Digital Marketing will design and build one (1) website for the Client at no cost, as part of our free website promotion. The free website does not include any monthly site maintenance or hosting services, and while Raptor does provide these services, it is up to the Client's sole discretion on which hosting provider to use, along with future content updates to the website.
Additional Websites: In addition to the free website, Raptor Digital Marketing will build two (2) additional websites. These two websites will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $100 per hour. The estimated time for each additional website is between 15 and 20 hours.
Payment Terms
Payment Due Date: All invoices for the two additional websites are due within 30 days of the project's completion.
Domain Name Costs: Raptor Digital Marketing will purchase the necessary domain names on behalf of the Client at the lowest possible cost. These costs will be a direct pass-through charge, and the Client will be billed for the exact amount paid for the domains.
Exclusions
This agreement is limited to website design and development services only. It does not include any search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, or ongoing website maintenance services. Any future work related to these services would require a separate agreement and will be billed at our regular hourly rates.
