Raptor Digital Marketing Client Agreement

This agreement is made between Raptor Digital Marketing and the Client, KC Webb, representing United Hi-performance Racing Association (UHRA).

Standard Hosting & Maintenance Plan

The client agrees to host their website with Raptor Digital Marketing for a minimum of 12 months at a price of $300 per month. This plan includes:

• Up to 30 days of daily backups.

• Security monitoring.

• Monthly plugin and software updates with compatibility testing.

• Up to 3 hours of monthly development time, which includes but is not limited to page updates, media updates, blog posts, and social media posts.

Acknowledgement of Additional Services

The following estimates are based on information provided by the client to Raptor Digital Marketing and are in addition to the costs for the above-mentioned Hosting Plan. The undersigned Client acknowledges and agrees to these estimates.

Media Kit and Branding Estimate

Our estimate to recreate the existing Media Kit and Branding is 5-6 Hours, charged at our standard hourly rate of $100 per hour. This includes:

• A concept for new font pairings & layouts.

• Design and structure.

• For the highest quality output, we will need access to any original media files used in the media kit.

5-Page Website Estimate

Our standard estimate for a 5-page website, consisting of one homepage and up to four subpages, is approximately 20 hours of development time, billed at our standard hourly rate of $100 per hour.

Payment Terms: Half of the agreed-upon estimate is due upfront before the project begins. The remaining total hours will be invoiced upon completion of the project. Raptor Digital Marketing will make every effort to complete the project as close to the estimated timeframe as possible. However, due to the complexity of websites, the total timeframe may be within 5 hours below or above the estimated time, and only the total number of hours worked will be billed to the client.

Typical Development Hour Breakdown:

• 5 Hours for Server Setup, Theme Installation & Setup, Header & Footer Setup, and Homepage creation.

• 3 Hours per page for Subpages (e.g., Services, About, Contact), for a total of 12 Hours for four subpages.

• 4 Hours for On-page SEO setup (adding SEO Titles & Headings, Metadata, compressing images, and optimizing page speed).

• 3 Hours for Website Launch, SSL & Domain setup, and SMTP setup.

This estimate does not include any e-commerce or advanced functionality for the website. Any custom-built websites are subject to our standard Hosting & Maintenance Plan of $300 per month for continued site maintenance, hosting, and security monitoring.
