Website Development Agreement

This agreement is made between Raptor Digital Marketing and the undersigned client, hereafter referred to as the “Client.”

1. Scope of Work

Raptor Digital Marketing agrees to provide up to 5 hours of website development time to complete the project as discussed. We will make every effort to deliver the project as specified, but the successful and timely completion is dependent on the Client providing all necessary materials.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing all required assets, including but not limited to:

• Written content and verbiage

• Images, logos, and graphics

• Any other project-specific materials

Failure to provide these assets in a timely manner may result in delays.

3. Project Fee

The total cost for the 5 hours of development work is a flat fee of $500, due upon the signing of this agreement. This fee is non-refundable.

4. Exclusions

This agreement covers website development services only. It does not include the following:

• Website hosting services

• Domain name registration

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Digital marketing services

• Ongoing website maintenance or support

Any additional work beyond the scope of this agreement will require a new contract and will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate.

Client Acceptance

By signing below, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
