Website Backup Release of liability Waiver

Website Backup Acknowledgment & Payment Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is made between the undersigned ("Client") and Raptor Digital Marketing ("Company"). By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding the receipt of a website backup:

1. Acceptance of Website Backup
   The Client acknowledges that they are receiving a backup of their website in its current "as-is" state. The Company is not responsible for any future maintenance, integrity, or functionality of this backup of the website files once transferred to the Client.
2. Responsibility for Website Files
   The Client assumes full responsibility for maintaining, securing, and managing this website backup and understands that any modifications, updates, or restorations will be at their own discretion and expense.
3. Hosting Fees & Payment Confirmation
   The Client confirms that all outstanding website hosting fees, subscriptions, and related payments due to the Company have been paid in full.
4. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention
   The Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks, disputes, or reversals for payments made to the Company for website hosting, backup services, or any other related fees. Any attempt to fraudulently reclaim paid fees may result in legal action.

By signing below, the Client confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
