Employee Media Release and Marketing Participation Policy

As part of our company culture and branding efforts, we regularly produce marketing materials including, but not limited to, videos, photographs, and social media content. These materials are used for promotional, informational, and recruitment purposes, and may be published on various platforms such as our website, social media channels, presentations, and other marketing outlets.

By signing this policy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Inclusion in Media Content

You may appear in marketing materials either:

  • As the primary subject (e.g., interviews, featured roles, etc.), or
  • Incidentally or in the background (e.g., during office scenes, event footage, team activities, etc.).
  1. Use and Distribution

The company has the right to capture, edit, use, reproduce, and distribute this content in any media format, for any lawful marketing or promotional purpose, without further approval or compensation.

  1. Perpetual Rights

Any content that includes your likeness or voice may continue to be used by the company even after your employment ends, whether through resignation, termination, or any other means.

  1. No Compensation

Participation in marketing content is considered voluntary and part of your role at the company. You will not receive additional compensation or royalties for the use of your likeness.

  1. Opt-Out Limitations

While we will make reasonable efforts to notify you when you are the primary focus of content, we cannot guarantee exclusion from background or incidental appearances in recorded media.

  1. Dispute Window

If you believe any published content featuring your likeness is inappropriate, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable, you have ten (10) calendar days from the date of initial publication to notify [HR/Marketing/Designated Contact] in writing with a specific explanation of your concern. The company will review all such disputes in good faith, but final decisions on content use rest with the company.

Acknowledgment and Consent

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Employee Media Release and Marketing Participation Policy. I understand and agree that my likeness may be captured and used in company media and that such content may continue to be used after the end of my employment.
