Minor Media Release and Marketing Participation Policy

As part of our company culture and branding efforts, we regularly produce marketing materials including, but not limited to, videos, photographs, and social media content. These materials are used for promotional, informational, and recruitment purposes, and may be published on various platforms such as our website, social media channels, presentations, and other marketing outlets.

This policy applies to any minor (under the age of 18) who may be present in company environments or events where such media is captured. By signing this policy, the parent or legal guardian of the minor acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Inclusion in Media Content

Minors will not be featured as primary subjects in any marketing content. However, they may appear incidentally or in the background in media captured during events, office visits, or other company-related activities.

2. Use and Distribution

The company reserves the right to capture, edit, use, reproduce, and distribute such content in any media format for lawful marketing or promotional purposes, without further approval or compensation.

3. Perpetual Rights

Any content that includes the minor’s likeness may continue to be used by the company indefinitely, even if the minor is no longer affiliated with the company environment or events.

4. No Compensation

Participation is voluntary. The minor (and their guardian) understands that no additional compensation, royalties, or other payments will be provided for the use of the minor’s likeness in marketing content.

5. Opt-Out Limitations

While the company will make reasonable efforts to minimize incidental appearances of minors in media, it cannot guarantee full exclusion from background or group footage.

6. Dispute Window

If a parent or legal guardian believes any published content featuring the minor’s likeness is inappropriate, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable, they may notify [HR/Marketing/Designated Contact] in writing within ten (10) calendar days from the date of initial publication. The company will review such concerns in good faith, but final decisions on content use rest with the company.

Acknowledgment and Consent by Parent or Legal Guardian

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Minor Media Release and Marketing Participation Policy. I understand and agree that the minor named below may appear incidentally in company media and that such content may continue to be used even after they are no longer present in company environments or events.
